This International Day of People with Disability, we want to celebrate these wins, so we’re giving you the chance to WIN $500 worth of prizes!

Whether it’s a little breakthrough (like having the courage to try something new) or a big milestone (like learning to drive) – we’d love to hear about it!
Winners will be announced on International Day of People with Disability 3 December 2021 to celebrate the many achievements and contributions of people living with disability and the amazing people who support them.
Terms and Conditions:
- Competition closes at 11.59pm AWST on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.
- Prizes include five (5) $100 Coles/Myer vouchers. You can only win once.
- The winners will be selected at random. 1 entry per nomination. Individuals can be nominated multiple times for different reasons.
- A bonus entry will be awarded every time an eligible entrant:
- Shares an At Home Care competition post to their Facebook or Instagram page
- Posts their win on Facebook or Instagram and tags @athomecareteam #shareyourwintowin
- Tags someone who’s had a recent #win in the comments section of an At Home Care competition post
