NDIS Service Options

Full Agency

With a full agency service, NDIS service providers like At Home Care are responsible for the day-to-day management of your funding, staffing, training, supervision and compliance with NDIS requirements. You can relax with the peace of mind that your care is being managed by a professional and experienced team.

We recognise the importance of providing highly trained staff who listen and respond to both your needs and interests, and we encourage you to play an active part in choosing your carers. This includes the opportunity to meet potential candidates before agreeing to have them in your home.

Self-managing any part of your NDIS funding gives you increased choice and control over the services you receive.

Self-management means you are responsible for managing your NDIS funding independently. You still receive the quality care staff and services of At Home Care, but you manage the funds. You may also choose to manage other services such as rostering and interviewing.

Plan Management

You and your family may prefer to employ your own support staff, while using At Home Care+ to assist you with administration, insurances, staff payment and taxes, and backup home care staff (where required).

Plan management gives you the flexibility of recruiting your own staff with the peace of mind that comes with knowing the payment and administration is being handled by our professional staff.

Combination of Management Styles

You can choose a combination of the three styles of management to suit your preferences. For example, you may choose to self-manage one part of your plan and have the rest managed by a NDIS service provider.

No matter which NDIS option you decide to proceed with, you can always change your approach at a later time. We work with you to ensure you have access to the best disability support services and in-home care possible. As Perth's most trusted registered NDIS service provider, our goal is to find a solution that works for you.
