At Home Care is an official provider to the Ventilator Dependent Quadriplegic Community Care Program (VDQ-CCP). Our Clinical Nurse Manager, Dee, has 29 years’ experience as a Spinal Care Nurse in the acute, rehabilitation and community settings and managed Fiona Stanley’s Ventilator Dependent Quadriplegic Program between 2006-2016.
We are based in Perth and work exclusively in the Western Australian Disability Sector. We are dedicated to supporting those with complex and high care needs throughout the state with our wide range of personal care services.

Our support workers are trained to provide personal home care services for those with complex high care needs and we provide any additional training to ensure exceptional quality, client-orientated care. All support workers are managed by Care Team Coordinators who have a background in caring, so they fully understand and empathise with both their team and our clients. All staff have full access to our Clinical Nurse Managers for additional guidance and supervision as required.
At Home Care is experienced in transitioning clients from hospitals and residential care to the community in both local and rural settings. We have extensive experience moving and caring for ventilated quadriplegics.
